In 2007, at the beginning of the downturn, the Professionals at Capstone Realty began assisting clients with real estate questions. The market was changing, equity was scarce or non-existent, and people were losing their homes. We recognized that people needed options, not just one solution to solve their real estate problems, but a real consultant that offered many options to find the best answer to their question. 

We follow this same "Solution Finding" approach to real estate today. No two clients have exactly the same needs and values. Our job is to uncover the best possible scenario for our clients, not just for today but for years and even decades from now. We believe in real estate and love to share our belief and strategy of buying and holding with others.

Why the Phoenix Market?

Phoenix has long been a destination for winter visitors and a pit stop for young professionals still trying to find their way. Emerging from the recession at the end of the last decade, Phoenix is now really finding its own voice, becoming a hub for various industries as well as a prominent hot spot for events and outdoor activities. 

As the market began to heat up in 2014, it became apparent that there was a future challenge on the horizon, that of a housing shortage for single family buyers.
